The Human Service Agreement for Funding of Services (HSA) was developed in consultation with the Social Innovation Council with the intention of reducing the cost of compliance impacting on the sustainability of funded organisations. Attachment A is a summary of 10 clauses in the HSA on which NCOSS and other peak bodies seek amendment as part of the immediate review.
