Response to Trajectory for Low Energy Existing Homes July 2019 Consultation Paper
NCOSS has joined 25 organisations to support an ACOSS submission to the National Energy Productivity Plan secretariat on a Trajectory for Low Energy Existing Homes. Inefficient housing along with rising energy costs means that a significant and growing portion of the population now live in homes that are cold and damp in winter and too hot in the summer. The coalition of organisations welcome many of the initiatives currently underway to improve existing housing, however recommend a systemic, coordinated response to achieve low carbon homes, soon
