NCOSS Submission to the Discussion Paper: Foundations for Change - Homelessness in NSW
This submission provides the NCOSS response to the Discussion Paper Foundations for Change – Homelessness in NSW. We believe eliminating homelessness is not too ambitious a goal, and we need targets towards this goal developed in consultation with the community and sector. Our submission makes recommendations and comments that advocate for increasing supply, funding innovation and new ways of working and improving existing systems, products and services.
