The Multicultural Disability Advocacy Association (MDAA) is looking for talented and driven individuals to join our Governance Committee. As a committee member, you will play a crucial role in guiding our organisation as we support people with disabilities from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. We are seeking individuals with expertise in: Governance and leadership Strategic planning to shape MDAA’s future direction Financial management to ensure sustainable growth Fundraising and securing grants to help expand our services Advocacy and community engagement, especially in the disability and CALD sectors Risk management and compliance to maintain operational excellence We value lived experience and encourage applicants who bring a personal connection to disability or CALD communities. Your skills and insight will help us create strategies that reflect the real needs of our clients.
