- Inclusive and affirming screening initiatives, such as pop-up cervical screening clinics at pride events
- Strong partnerships with government, clinicians and community organisations
- A clear focus on equity, access and impact
Ok, so what’s the role?
As the Digital and Campaign Lead, you will:
- Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of major health promotion campaigns
- Shape creative direction and develop strong, clear briefs for agencies and suppliers
- Oversee digital channels, websites and content, including SEO and performance optimisation

- Present campaign strategies, results and learnings to funders and stakeholders
- Manage relationships with creative agencies and production partners
- Lead, support and mentor a small team, building skills and confidence
- Ensure campaigns are inclusive, trauma‑informed and equity‑focused
In short, you’ll take great ideas and turn them into campaigns that people see, feel and act on.
Who are we looking for?
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have strong experience in digital and integrated campaign delivery
- Know how to balance creativity with evidence, data and evaluation
- Can lead projects, people and partners with clarity and care
- Are confident working with government, community and clinical stakeholders
- Care deeply about health equity and LGBTQ+ communities
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, purpose‑driven team
- Experience in cancer prevention, screening or women’s health is a bonus, but not essential.
How can I find out more details and apply?
