'Mapping Economic Disadvantage in NSW' online session, 29 May 2023

This online event unpacked the 'Mapping Economic Disadvantage in NSW' 2023 report for NCOSS members and partners.

The learning and discussion session -

• Shared the key findings of the research, including themes regarding who experiences poverty and where;
• Explained the recommendations highlighted in the report and how these influence NCOSS advocacy activities;
• Demonstrated how to use the data visualisation tools (Online Maps and Dashboard).

The session aimed to help NCOSS members better understand the nature of economic disadvantage in New South Wales, and how the research and tools can be used to influence program delivery, policy design and advocacy efforts.
