About the CEW Leaders Program

Running for nearly 20 years, the CEW Leaders Program is a bespoke six-day journey designed to prepare women in senior leadership roles. This immersive experience guides participants in understanding their current position in their leadership journey, identifying where they aspire to be, and providing the practical tools and actionable strategies to realise and reach their full potential.

Intentionally created by women, for women, and facilitated by CEW Members, the program offers a unique blend of immersive learning, shared wisdom, and connection. It is dedicated to developing unique women leaders by inspiring and equipping them with practical strategies that support long-term career impact.

The Program is underpinned by two key elements: the diagnostic tool Gallup CliftonStrengths, and the CEW learning framework – The Ready Effect. Through the combination of these two elements, the Program provides the space and opportunity to reconnect participants with what fundamentally drives them, so that their influence reaches further, elevates, and is sustainable. Participants leave the Program with a clear sense of purpose as a leader and return to their organisation executive ready, to lead with vision, drive performance, and inspire.

On graduating, participants become part of the CEW Connect Women Community, an exclusive community of over 3,000 women that offers continuous opportunities for professional development and networking. The CEW Leaders Program is often referred to as transformational by alumni. Across the last year of delivery, 99% of participants agreed the program enabled them to understand their unique strengths and how to amplify them, while 100% agreed they had cultivated supportive relationships and have new tools to grow their professional network.

As well as covering course costs, NCOSS’s Harrison-Church Women’s Leadership Scholarship will cover reasonable transport and accommodation costs
