The value of evaluation

Social impact bonds: how much evaluation is too much? and Indigenous policy evidence, where it exists, over-relies on anecdotal evidence are looking at different aspects of service evaluation.  The first agrees that increased rigour in evaluation is well supported,  however it may actually be sucking up service delivery resources.  The second refers to a report by the Centre for Independent Studies that contains useful examples of good and bad evaluation.
