More on the importance of organisational culture

Executive director at KordaMentha Corporate, Heather Brown,  in Why culture counts argues that organisational culture is not just something warm and fuzzy but can be defined, measured and improved.  She believes an organisation’s culture is reflected in the norms and behaviours of everyday practice which is why boards and management need to understand the impact culture can have on an organisation and what they need to do to change and/or protect it.
