NSW commissioning and contestability policy and practice guide

NSW Treasury released the NSW Government Commissioning and Contestability Policy and the Practice Guide in late 2016.  Written for NSW Government Agencies they include valuable information on the purpose and aims of the policy, how agencies are expected to conduct the commissioning process in NSW, where contestability sits in this process and what could be expected from other stakeholders (ie potential service providers).
