Sub-contracting legal resources

Not-for-profit Law with support from Homelessness NSW, has developed a resources to help understand sub-contracting agreements and important terms in the  FACS Funding Deed. Although are aimed at Specialist Homelessness Services, these resources may be useful to any community organisation considering entering into a sub-contracting arrangement.  They include Checklist: Issues to cover in a sub-contract agreement , Template: Sub-contract agreement and Fact sheet: FACS funding deed.
