Privatisation and Human Services: Priority areas identified

The Productivity Commission’s report Introducing Competition and Informed User Choice into Human Services: Identifying Sectors for Reform has been released. Hospitals, housing and dental services ripe for privatisation, says Productivity Commission report  notes that government-commissioned family and community services, services in remote Indigenous communities, social housing, public dental services and end-of-life care services are some of the areas they believe could offer the greatest improvements in outcomes for people.
