Creating change from a different perspective

Building Cultural Prosperity  looks at what you can achieve with a large empty warehouse and a group of social innovators whose aim is to create a "temporary place for lasting change". They wanted to "try something different, maybe the opposite of what is being done. Instead of creating dependency, create independence.
