NEW draft standard NSW Human Services Agreement and Funding and Service Schedule

The NSW Government has developed a draft standard form contract to be used by all NSW government agencies when funding services from the community sector. The process is being managed by the NSW Procurement Board.   The draft NSW Human Services Agreement, the Funding and Service Schedule and a guide to the draft agreement and Schedule can be accessed on the ProcurePoint website.  Feedback can be emailed to nswbuy@finance.nsw.gov.au before COB 4 October 2016.
