Paying out annual leave

In Cashing out annual leave now permitted under modern awards Sparke Helmore Lawyers refer to  a determination by the Fair Work Commission, which came into effect from the first pay period on or after 29 July 2016.  The new model clause has been inserted into most modern awards including the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, however it does not apply to employees covered by an enterprise agreement.  The article outlines when it can apply and the necessary process.
