Victoria community sector - a key community asset

Emma King, the CEO of VCOSS comments on recent VCOSS research More Than Charity: Victoria’s Community Sector Charities. Their finding included that the Victorian community sector, rather than being run by well-meaning amateurs and probably at a loss, are “actually lean, well run and highly professional businesses”.  The research provides an insight into the Victorian experience, the challenges and the successes,  which appears very similar to NSW.
