Community Service tendering process enquiry - Federal government response to report

The response systematically comments on each of the recommendations of both the interim and final reports.  The majority of the recommendations are agreed to, agreed to in principle or noted.  The exception was Recommendation 1:  that the Department of Social Services publish its analysis of service delivery gaps, to encourage informed discussion of a strategy that ensures vulnerable people are properly supported across Australia .  It was not agreed to.
