Equity and Collective Impact- how to fully engage diverse community voices

Sheri Brady’s article Building Many Stories into Collective Impact  in The Stanford Social Innovation Review opens her article with the quote ‘If you are not at the table, then you are on the menu.’.  The article looks briefly at equitable access to systemic change and design with links to other opinion pieces supportive of the idea that when designing collaborative efforts those who will live with the results must be involved in every aspect of its development.
