Retailers must pass on electricity price relief to consumers: NCOSS

Expected reductions to electricity bills following the Australian Energy Regulators determination for NSW electricity networks today, will only be felt if retailers commit to passing on the full benefit to households says the Council of Social Service of NSW (NCOSS).
