Joanna Quilty Appointed as the New NCOSS CEO.
The NCOSS Board has appointed Joanna Quilty, a respected senior bureaucrat, Joanna's public service experience spans human rights, social policy, economic analysis and transport and infrastructure initiatives.
Joanna brings a strong passion for social justice to the role and an enthusiasm, energy and desire to work with and for communities across NSW.
In 2013 she joined the NGO sector where she has held various leadership and change management roles.
These include Deputy CEO of NCOSS, leading the roll-out of the NDIS for mental health organisation Flourish Australia and, as Director of Operations at Relationships Australia NSW, driving rigour and results in service delivery for survivors of institutional abuse, families impacted by domestic violence and those where there are child protection risks.
Her skills, experience and leadership will build on NCOSS’ strong history of achieving positive change for people experiencing poverty and disadvantage.
Joanna will start at NCOSS on 8 October and looks forward to working with members, partners and key stakeholders to deliver outcomes for our communities and the social services sector.
