NCOSS signs joint statement calling for release of the Tune Review
NCOSS has joined community sector peak bodies asking the Government to immediately make public the full, independent Tune Review into out of home care.
This review was commissioned in response to the growing numbers of children going in to out of home care and the continuing poor outcomes for the most vulnerable families and children.
We know the Tune Report warns that the system and the way the money is spent within the system is “ineffective and unsustainable”. It is important the full review be released so the the insights and recommendations contained within the report can be used to improve outcomes for children and young people in out of home care.
