Legal issues for the next generation of healthcare in an electronic healthcare environment is actually relevant to any organisation that stores client data.  Some of the information is specific to the health care space however cybersecurity, privacy, duty of care and the obligation to follow-up are all relevant to the community sector and need to be addressed in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
