Victoria and Queensland - social impact bond announcements

Victoria's first social impact bond providers announced  and Queensland’s first social impact bond tackles Indigenous disadvantage. Victoria has issued two bonds one to help at-risk youth and the other long-term homeless. The Queensland bond will focus on Aboriginal and Torres Islander children in out-of-home-care.
