Productivity Commission's Government services annual performance review

The Productivity Commission has released the annual Report on Government Services for 2017.  The report reviews 17 services. Of particular interest to the Community Sector is Volume E – Health, Volume F – Community Services and Volume G – Housing and Homelessness. The reports look at expenditure and compares it by year, state and service type.  It analyses other factors that are relevant to each specific area (eg Volume F looks at well-being and quality of life indicators).  Each section also assesses how the services have performed against their Sector Performance Indicator Framework.
