Following up on her blog for the Huffington Post, the ACNC has released a fact sheet also called Are there too many charities in Australia? 

Following up on her blog for the Huffington Post asking the question, Are there too many charities in Australia?, the ACNC has released a fact sheet also called Are there too many charities in Australia?  The fact sheet identifies the actual number of charities in Australia, their size, where most are based, are too many doing the same thing, are too many competing for donations, etc.  It also looks at the question of whether they should merge and what are the benefits of having a diverse charity sector.
