Organisational sustainability by embracing flexibility

Future-Flex is a research project from Diversity Council Australia.  It seeks to challenge mindsets and "outdated assumptions" about the nature of work, what constitutes the "ideal worker" and what drives performance and productivity.  It is calling for organisations to rethink their approach to flexibility in the face of globalisation, technological advancements and demographic shifts.
