Australia's digital divide

Digital inclusion impacts not only on individuals but also on communities, and therefore on the community sector.  Connectivity and access to digital services remains an issue.   The Australian Digital Inclusion Index was created to measure the level of digital inclusion across the Australian population and monitor it over time.  The Index notes that while access is still an issue, it is decreasing and gaps in inclusion are now more to do with digital ability and affordability.
