AICD 2016 review of NFP Governance and Performance

The Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) has released the 2016 NFP Governance and Performance Study: Raising the Bar.  The AICD found the sector is well-governed and achieves outstanding results and that comparisons with the corporate sector continue to be positive. There are however areas where progress can still be made including financial sustainability, performance measurement and relationships with government.
