Belinda Cohen looks at Why good boards behave badly.  She notes that” boards need to review their performance against best practice governance frameworks.”  However she believes a critical indicator of performance is overlooked – appropriate boardroom behaviour.  UK research has found that “ “principal deficiencies in boards related much more to patterns of behaviour” than to their organisation.”
