NEW Draft NSW Associations Incorporation Regulation 2016

The NSW Government has released a draft regulation to update association processes and support amendments to the Associations Incorporation Act passed by the NSW Parliament in March.  The draft Associations Incorporation Regulation 2016 will replace the existing Associations Incorporation Regulation 2010 on 1 September 2016.
