Outcomes Contacting - New Productivity Commission Inquiry
The Productivity Commission’s Inquiry into Australia’s human services focuses on innovative ways to improve outcomes by introducing principles of competition and informed user choice whilst maintaining or improving quality of service. Stage 1 identifies types of services best suited for this reform, with the Stage 2 will make recommendations on applying the reform. The initial issues paper is due out June 2016.
