Intellectual property - PC Report
Intellectual property is an issue for most if not all community sector organisations. The Productivity Commission has recently released their draft report looking at intellectual property arrangements. Written submissions will be accepted up to Friday 3 June 2016.
Beth Wilson in an article for The Conversation has reviewed the draft report and concluded it is far from radical but if implemented would improve the environment for the creation and use of knowledge-based products in Australia.
