Report on the statutory review of the Associations Incorporation Act 2009

The statutory review of the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 is completed. The review was ‘undertaken to determine whether the policy objectives of the Act remain valid and whether the terms of the Act remain appropriate for securing those objectives.’  The Associations legislation page on NSW Fair Trading site provides access to the report and to five new policies relating to the administration of the Act.
